Is Free really free?
Yes. No card, no sign-up. The cost is our CBOE polling, which is free for them too. Pro/Desk subsidise the running costs and pay for the alerts infrastructure.
Why are paid tiers so cheap relative to SpotGamma / GEXBot?
Because our data is free at the source — we don’t resell anyone else’s feed. The only paid step is Polygon-class real-time order flow for HIRO-style metrics, and we don’t pretend to ship that today.
When does Pro launch?
Pro is in private beta — auth, Stripe checkout, and the alert delivery e2e test are the remaining wire-ups. Join the waitlist and you’ll get an invite + 14-day free trial when it opens. No card upfront.
What's free during beta?
Everything we ship today. The console, all 16 native symbols + 5 futures, every chart, every formula, every Pine paste, every dashboard surface. We charge once we can ship alerts e2e + history replay reliably — not before.
Do you support futures?
Yes — NQ, ES, GC, RTY via ratio conversion from the corresponding ETF. See /method for the formula.
API rate limits — what's the unit?
One call = one /api/hero/{symbol}-style request. Most users will use the console and not the API directly. The limit is generous; if you hit it, you’re probably building something we’d want to support — email us.
